| ROBERT
LIPTAY, Owner/Partner is a consumer products general
management executive with over twenty-five years of domestic
(U.S.) and international food experience. Bob has a broad
based background in all major segments of the food industry.
Having had direct responsibility for all business activities
(sales, marketing, manufacturing, logistics, finance, etc.)
at the President/Managing Director level.
Bob's
career includes positions at General Foods Corporation
- Maxwell House Coffee Division; Pfizer, Inc. - Consumer
Products Group and over eleven years with Nabisco Brands
Inc. where in his last post as Vice President, General
Manager of the Imported Products Division. He then became
President and Chief Executive Officer of Dancookie Brands,
Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of a consortium of Danish companies
and Chief Operating Officer of the Aqua Group Inc. where
Mr. Liptay was responsible for all operational segments
of this venture capital owned processor/marketer of aquaculture
based seafood products.
Mr.
Liptay has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
from St. John's University and a Bachelor of Science degree
from New York Institute of Technology. He also served
on active military duty with the U.S. Navy.
